Leak: Verizon Early Upgrade Promotion

Thanks to our trusty Verizon informant we have learned that Verizon plans to have an early upgrade promotion starting May 20th.  From the document you can see this will be for ANY device, which is a nice of Verizon to do.  There are some other requirements as well, such as excluding customers who previously upgraded using a special promotion in the past 12 months, but come May 20th some of you might be able to really take advantage of this offer.  My suggestion?  Grab the Incredible!
