40mm drivers have a range of 20Hz to 20kHz. This is what gives these headphone their lifelike sound reproduction and and minimal distortion even under full volume.
The in line mic frequency range is from 100Hz to 20kHz. The in line mic is configured to remove external noise for clear, noise free communications in most conditions. The mic also includes a function button to easily switch from music to answering the incoming call without having to reach into your pocket, or take your phone out of the holster. The NX26 also has a tangle free cable that is almost 6 feet long.
The NX26 headphones connect you your Android/BlackBerry/iPhone/iPod/MP3 player via a 3.5mm audio jack.
MY THOUGHTS
I will start off by saying my preference in headphones is in ear headphones. I think they are more comfortable and not as bulky. With that being said I really like these headphones. They are not overly bulky, and don’t weigh your head down. The padding on the headband and ear cushions provide just enough cushion to make these a nice set of headphones.
The sound quality is great also. As i write this review I am sitting here listening to the Adelitas Way station on Slacker Radio. Even on songs with heavy bass I can turn the sound the whole way up and still get minimal distortion.
Overall, if you are looking for a set of over the ear headphones for a sub $80 price tag, these are a great choice. Especially if you are going to be using these with your phone.
Make sure you head over to the NoiseHush website and check out these and all the other headsets, and Bluetooth devices that they sell.
