Ubisoft has announced that the 5th installment of the Assassin’s Creed series will be released on October 30th of this year. Considering this is the 5th game of the series we can only assume that it is being named AC3 based on the characters in the game. The first game centered on the Character Desmond Miles who was reliving the memories of an ancient ancestor Altair. The next three games, AC2, AC:Brotherhood, and AC:Revelations centered again on Desmond, however he was reliving the memories of Ezio Auditore. It seems obvious that Ubisoft has plans for a new protagonist. Rumors are also buzzing that we will see a new setting as well. One thing is for sure, Ubisoft has stated that the game will be bigger than the previous games. Now whether they mean that the world will be bigger or just the overall length of the game, it seems that we will need to wait till the game is closer.
