BREAKING: Jury Awards Apple $1 Billion in Damages

This just in from Engadget, the jury in the Apple Vs Samsung trial has awarded Apple $ 1.05 Billion (yes, that’s with a B) Dollars for patent infringement. The case Samsung had against Apple was a wash at the jury found that Apple hadn’t infringed on any patents. Now, while still a win for Apple, this could also be considered a win for Samsung as they will now only have to pay half of what Apple was looking to get pre-trial.
