We first brought word about the possibility of a Netflix Android app coming in May of this year, but little information regarding the app has surfaced since than.  I have to wonder, with an iPhone and iPad app as well as a Windows Mobile 7 app already out, whats the hold up.  Well we decided to reach out to the folks over at Netflix headquarters regarding an Android app, and were told that they have a few concerns regarding its release. One, fragmentation seems to be an issue for them.  But the biggest concern is the lack of security...

Ever since I started working in the IT field I always came to the conclusion that the password “password” was the most common dumb password anyone can use.  I am sadly wrong.  Thanks to this leaked list from the Gawker media site hack that happened recently you can clearly see “123456” is extremely common to use as well.  The biggest shocker in that list?  How about the password “O”.  Please folks make sure you use a combination of letters, numbers, and characters in your passwords. ...

It seems as though Google would like to update its apps on Android individually now instead of with OS updates, as we have seen Gmail, Voice, Maps, and others updated on their own in the market.  Our informant deep inside Google headquarters just let us in on a little secret.  Everyone thought Gingerbread, Android OS 2.3, was going to include an updated GTalk client, but it never happened.  We now get word that Google is looking to update the app and push it via the Android Market like their other apps, some point soon.  We dont...

I will make this short and sweet.  In only about 10 months since the site began we have crossed the 10,000,000 hit’s mark.  Something like this could have never been done without the help of many great people, including but not limited to Los, Patrick, Rob, Corey, Ben, Andrew, Danielle, Larry, Lauren, Stephanie, Matt and others that have helped along the way. The site has literally blown up in popularity.  Thank you all, and thank you to our fans and followers that stop here every day to read, enjoy, and be a part of our little...
